Building the Intelligence Layer for the Modern Enterprise

I design and ship on-premise AI, ERP-connected reporting, and voice systems for manufacturers and distributors who cannot ship their data to the cloud—and who are done paying for slideware. Real software, deployed where your operation runs.

Products & platforms

Four lines of work—each built for operators on the floor, in the warehouse, and in the ERP. No generic dashboards; systems that run in your environment and answer to your compliance rules.

BI Box

An on-premise AI appliance for ERP analysis and business intelligence. Built for manufacturing and distribution companies that cannot send production and financial data to the cloud. Specialized hardware, local LLM stack, wired to the systems you already run.

OpenClaw & consulting

Deployment and optimization of enterprise AI agent platforms—production-grade agentic systems on OpenClaw, integrated with your data estate and governance model. I stay with the build until it ships, not until the statement of work ends.

Deep roots in enterprise software

Twenty years in the weeds of ERP, shop floors, and databases—now applied to AI systems that have to survive audits, outages, and Monday morning reality.

ERP systems Aptean Ross, SAP Business One—integrations, reporting, and custom extensions.
AI agents & LLM infrastructure Local and hybrid stacks, tool use, guardrails, and observability for production workloads.
Business intelligence & reporting From schema design to executive views—reports that match how the business actually closes.
Barcode & compliance labels ZPL, Zebra ecosystems, GS1, and warehouse-grade print reliability.
Hardware infrastructure On-premise AI appliances, rack constraints, and edge deployment.
Manufacturing operations Shop floor workflows, scheduling, and inventory truth across sites.
Rockwell control systems Integration points between plant controls and business systems.
Database schema & ETL Modeling, pipelines, and performance for analytics that stay in sync with operations.

Builder first. Consultant when it helps.

I'm a software developer and entrepreneur. For more than twenty years I've built and run enterprise systems—ERP backbones, warehouse integrations, reporting that finance will sign, and lately AI infrastructure that has to live under the same rules.

I work with manufacturers and distributors who are tired of vendors who have never walked a shop floor. The tools I ship are designed for the real world: Mullins, South Carolina is home on purpose—proof that world-class software does not require a Bay Area zip code.

If you run a mid-market operation and need intelligence without exposing your data, we should talk. First conversations are about your constraints, not my slide deck.

“If it does not run in production, it is not done. I build for the night shift and the audit trail—not the demo.” — Walker Allen Reaves

Ready to build something real?

I help owners and operators put AI and BI where their data already lives—on-prem when it has to be, integrated with Aptean, SAP B1, and the systems your team trusts. A first call is a working session: what you run today, what you cannot send to the cloud, and what “done” looks like on your floor.
